Organize your customers into smart groups
Having all your customers in one place is nice, but not so handy if you weren't able to sort them into groups. With DigitalBooker you can create dynamic groups in your customer register for instance "All women under 35 that have booked something within the past 3 months" or "Everyone that has more than 10 bookings". This group can be used as any other static group (e.g. "Elderly people" or "Students") and you can target specific E-mail and SMS messages to them. That is the real power of having a customer register.
Send marketing email to your customers
All your customers receive a confirmation and reminder email about their bookings if enabled and you can add your own personal marketing message to these as well. But real e-mail marketing is a tough business, and you really want to stay up to date on who reads what messages, what links get clicked inside a message etc. For this there is a market leading tool called Mailchimp. Mailchimp is free of charge for most users and cheap for the rest and Booker integrates directly with Mailchimp. This functionality integrates seamlessly to Smart Groups so that you can decide which persons get added to your Mailchimp marketing lists, e.g. only people that haven't visited you in the past 3 months. With the help of this automation you can turn one time customers in to reoccurring customers and increase revenue flow.
Confirm, remind and wakeup your customers with SMS
You can send SMS messages to your customer's mobile phone directly from the customer register as well as from their booking. Inform your customers with one click about a cancelled class or send out a reminder about a special offer without leaving the booking system. With SMS messages you can reach your customers wherever they are and direct them directly to your website to make another reservation. SMS messages are priced per message, see pricing.
Create automatic marketing reminders
With automatic reminders enabled, you can ensure your customers will always be reminded about checking out your latest offers e.g. 10 days or 30 days after they have visited you the last time. Automatic messaging only costs a marginal fee of what a new reoccurring customer will bring in (the price of an SMS) and frees your hands to more important tasks running your business.
