Nobody’s safe from hackers. If a security breach causes an unauthorized intrusion into our system that materially affects you or your users, then DigitalBooker will notify you as soon as possible and later report the action we took in response. DigitalBooker accounts require a username and password to log in. You must keep your username and password secure, and never disclose it to a third party. Because your information is so sensitive, account passwords are encrypted, which means we can’t see your passwords. We can’t resend forgotten passwords either. We’ll only reset them.

The collected information is used to for maintaining a customer contact between the parties. Each business owner can decide for themselves what information to collect, if any. DigitalBooker and the business owner reserve the right to send marketing messages to the customer. You can decline from these messages from underneath your own settings when logging into the system.

When you register to the Service we collect the information you provide us with - such as your name, email address, address, phonenumber, gender etc. We might also collect technical information such as you IP address or webbrowser. While using the system we also collect information on what you have booked, when you have done it and for instance your hair length in case you have provided that information and it is relevant for the service.

8. Information protection
Information sent over web forms on DigitalBooker's systems or website are usually scrambled with SSL. You can check whether that is the case by looking for a HTTPS in the URL in your web browser. Email sent over the internet to DigitalBooker or anybody else is usually sent un-scrambled over the wire. The Service that uses the register is protected by password as is also the database where the data is stored. No passwords are stored in clear text on the server.

Unless it’s prohibited by law, we’ll remove any Personal Information about you from our servers at your request. We’ll give you access to any Personal Information about you that we hold upon request for that information. The request about data removal shall primarily be made to the service provider and secondary to DigitalBooker.
